Merino wool rarely needs washing; only wash when it gets dirty.

Hand Washing: Use lukewarm water with a mild wool detergent. Swish the garment gently in the water, but don't wring or twist it. Rinse well.

Drying: Lay the garment flat on a clean towel and roll it up to squeeze out excess water. Shape it gently back into its natural form and let it dry flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight or heat.

Dry Cleaning: If preferred, you can also dry clean your merino wool garments.

Storage: Fold your knitwear and keep it in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging to prevent stretching. More information about garment care.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
