Returns:

To ensure a smooth return process, please keep the following in mind:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Returns and exchanges must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

1. Send us an email at info@monalashop.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with the original tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Important Notes:

• Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• All sale and custom-sized items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, exchanged, or altered.
