MATERIAL & CARE

100% extra-fine merino wool, OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.

Merino wool rarely needs washing; only wash when it gets dirty.

Hand Washing: Use lukewarm water with a mild wool detergent. Swish the garment gently in the water, but don't wring or twist it. Rinse well.

Drying: Lay the garment flat on a clean towel and roll it up to squeeze out excess water. Shape it gently back into its natural form and let it dry flat on a towel, away from direct sunlight or heat.

Dry Cleaning: If preferred, you can also dry clean your merino wool garments.

Storage: Fold your knitwear and keep it in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging to prevent stretching. More information about garment care.

Every Monala piece is knitted in Lithuania in small quantities using manual knitting machines, then carefully linked, sewn and hand-finished.

This slower way of making allows us to focus on the fit, finish and quality of each piece, while producing only what is needed.
